If you have been fortunate to have watched Olympic competitions in Beijing this week you are really lucky guy because such enchanting sight, when you feel like you’re watching matters of sporting life and death is unforgettable indeed. It’s hard to disagree, but any kind of sport though it is tennis or football, gymnastic or swimming in a lot of its ways is really like life, figuratively speaking as far you can push yourself in sport so far you can push yourself in life, trying to get best result however difficult it is.



And watching Live US Open or Olympic tennis competition when Rafael Nadal throws himself onto his back to celebrate the win over Novak Djokovic can convince you and make sure that that is absolute truth. By the way using some of tennis rules are not out of place in our everyday life at all. So, dont forget to spend a few minutes each day thinking about how you want to perform, don't wait until the night before competition, avoid depressing or upsetting thoughts.
